We offer a 7-day full refund or exchange warranty from the date of delivery. If the item or packaging is damaged, used, worn, or not in its original condition, the refund or exchange request will not be accepted.

How to return

1. Email care@tehreerjewels.com with your order number.
2. We will send a prepaid, insured return label within one business day.
3. Drop the parcel at any carrier point. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of arrival.

Exclusions

Engraved, resized, and bespoke pieces are final sale. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
