If a piece is not the perfect match, return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery — unworn and in its original box.

How to return

1. Email care@tehreerjewels.com with your order number.
2. We will send a prepaid, insured return label within one business day.
3. Drop the parcel at any carrier point. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of arrival.

Exclusions

Engraved, resized, and bespoke pieces are final sale. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Lifetime guarantee

Every Maison piece carries a lifetime guarantee on craftsmanship, including free replating and prong tightening. Stones are insured against loss for the first 12 months.
